1. Consent to electronic records and notices
You consent to receive electronically all agreements, notices, disclosures, policy updates, records, and other communications relating to the Service, including transactional, administrative, account, and security messages. We may deliver them by email to the address associated with your account, within the Service, or by posting on our website.
2. Electronic signatures
Where the Service clearly indicates that an action is a signature, consent, acknowledgment, certification, election, or legal confirmation — for example, checking an acceptance box, typing your name in a designated signature field, or submitting benefit elections after a clearly labeled acknowledgment — that action is your electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and applicable state law. Routine navigation, viewing, or other actions not so identified are not signatures.
3. Delivery
Subject to applicable law, a communication is deemed delivered when it is sent to your email address on file or made available in the Service, whether or not you read it.
4. Your responsibilities and requirements
You must keep your email address current with your organization and maintain a current web browser, an active email account, and the ability to view and retain electronic records. You should save or print communications you wish to keep.
5. Withdrawing consent
Where applicable law gives you the right to withdraw consent to electronic communications, you may do so by contacting hello@culturenest.io. Because the Service is provided electronically, withdrawal may require deactivation of your access to the Service. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of communications delivered or signatures given before withdrawal. Requests for paper copies may be sent to the same address.
6. Marketing communications
Marketing communications, if any, are separate from Service communications, are sent only as permitted by law, and include an opt-out mechanism. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional, administrative, or security communications.
