1. Ownership
The BlueJay platform and website, including software, code, interface, visual design, layouts, text, graphics, documentation, workflows, and compilations, are owned by CultureNest LLC and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other laws. © CultureNest LLC. 2. Trademarks
“BlueJay,” “CultureNest,” and associated names, logos, and trade dress are trademarks of CultureNest LLC, whether or not registered. Other marks belong to their respective owners.
3. No license; restrictions
No license is granted except the limited right to use the Service under the Terms of Service. You may not use our marks, logos, screenshots, interface, documentation, or branding in any advertising, publication, product, domain name, or social-media handle, or in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation, without our prior written permission, except as applicable law allows (such as accurate nominative reference).
4. Copyright complaints
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@culturenest.io (subject line: “Copyright Notice”) that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material with information sufficient to locate it;
- your name, address, telephone number, and email;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Users whose material is removed may send a counter-notice to the same address containing the information required by applicable law. Knowingly false notices may result in liability. CultureNest may remove or disable material and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
This is a general complaint process. CultureNest does not represent that it has designated a registered agent with the U.S. Copyright Office or that this process satisfies the requirements of any statutory safe harbor, including 17 U.S.C. § 512, and nothing here waives any right or defense available to CultureNest.
5. Reservation of rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CultureNest LLC and its licensors.
