1. Prohibited conduct
You will not use, or allow anyone to use, the Service to:
- violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
- discriminate, harass, threaten, retaliate against, defame, or unlawfully surveil any person;
- share credentials, allow access by unauthorized persons, or impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- access or attempt to access accounts, organizations, or data you are not authorized to access, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except as permitted under our Security Overview;
- upload or transmit malware, ransomware, exploits, or other harmful code;
- scrape, crawl, mass-download, or exfiltrate data, or use automation or request volumes that exceed normal use or impose unreasonable load;
- circumvent rate limits, usage limits, permissions, module gates, or other technical restrictions;
- reverse engineer, decompile, clone, or copy the Service, or use it for competitive intelligence, benchmarking, or to build a competing product;
- use the Service, its data, or Outputs to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning or AI model;
- infringe or misappropriate intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited bulk communications;
- violate export-control or sanctions laws;
- submit full government identifiers, payment card data, protected health information, or other regulated data outside the scope authorized by the Terms or a signed agreement; or
- make consequential employment, benefits, or similar decisions based solely on automated processing without appropriate human review and any legally required notices or assessments.
2. Reporting
Report suspected abuse to hello@culturenest.io with as much detail as you can safely provide.
3. Enforcement
CultureNest may, at its discretion and without liability, investigate suspected violations; preserve and review relevant information and evidence; remove or disable content; throttle or limit usage; suspend or terminate Users, accounts, integrations, or organizations; and cooperate with or report to law enforcement or affected parties. Failure to enforce this policy in any instance is not a waiver.
